1、 低温下，油温应达到20℃以上才准许顺序动作;油温高于60℃时应注意系统的工作情况。

2、 停机4h以上的设备，应先使液压泵空载运转5min，再起动执行器工作。

3、 不许任意调整电气控制装置系统的互锁装置，随意移动各限位开关、挡块、行程撞块的位置。
